The rooms were spotlessly clean upon arrival. Public areas also received regular cleaning.
I found the hotel a bit dated. It seems like investment has been lacking for decades. The pool shown in promotional pictures is not actually within the hotel complex. Locals are charged to use it on weekends.

i found the staff very helpful. they seemed always ready to assist with any request. the hotel features several pools, providing ample space. i liked that there were both family and adult-only areas.
the evening entertainment was not my favourite. it felt a bit too much like a campsite. the music volume made it difficult to hear the singers well. i found the all-inclusive drinks ending at 11pm a bit early.
